Dichiaratamente anche per facilitare le negoziazioni con l\u2019autorit\u00e0 garante della concorrenza.<\/p>\n<p>Occorre anche tenere presente che secondo le leggi francesi nessun azionista pu\u00f2 detenere pi\u00f9 del 49% delle quote di un\u2019impresa del mondo media. Garantita la presenza in borsa della nuova entit\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Il giro d\u2019affari stimato per il gruppo dopo la fusione sar\u00e0 di 3,5 miliardi di euro (2,08 miliardi lato TF1, 1,27 miliardi lato <strong>M6<\/strong>: apparentemente \u201cla totalit\u00e0 \u00e8 pi\u00f9 della somma delle parti\u201d), quanto basta per essere un rivale credibile di <strong>Netflix<\/strong>.
