Nel frattempo, in Olanda, il gruppo stringe un accordo con <strong>Talpa Network<\/strong> per contrastare l\u2019avanzata degli <strong>OTT<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>RTL Group, azienda lussemburghese leader nel settore radio-televisivo, torna a far parlare di s\u00e9. Le operazioni della societ\u00e0 di cui si era trattato in articoli precedenti, hanno visto un nuovo sviluppo.<\/p>\n<p>Il 12 marzo, infatti, l\u2019agenzia Reuters aveva confermato che RTL era alla ricerca di acquirenti per M6: pacchetto composto da cinque canali televisivi, tra cui l\u2019omonimo M6. Erano subito trapelate voci di un interesse da parte di <strong>TF1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Circa un mese dopo, tra il 17 e il 18 aprile, il gruppo Bertelsmann RTL ha confermato le voci, annunciando l\u2019avvenuta fusione tra M6 e TF1, del gruppo <strong>Bouygues<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Dopo le operazioni in <strong>Francia<\/strong>, il gruppo RTL conclude un\u2019altra importante manovra nel settore televisivo in <strong>Belgio<\/strong>.
